Lease/Rent Collection

The management of lease and rent collection is one of the more obvious functions we perform. We use computerized reporting that keeps you in touch with the financial status of your facility.

Emergency Services

Emergencies do happen and we are on-call for emergency services 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Property Inspections

We provide frequent, routine, and unannounced inspections to afford the maximum protection of your property. These property inspections typically reveal areas of improvement that do not show up on the monthly computerized statements. Frequent inspections keep levels of communication open by being available for your tenants and property needs.

Financial Reporting

Along with the two functions above with intelligent reporting, we can give you, the owners and/or partners, well-informed information to aid in the decision making. Our monthly reports help to prepare for future planning in a timely fashion.

Vacancy Showing

This is a time-consuming, yet extremely important function. We work to minimize vacancy time and help bring in the right tenant for the available space. All means of advertising will be utilized to fill your vacancy.

Supervision and Maintenance

We provide management and supervision of janitorial personnel, HVAC, pest control, painters, handyman services, and other maintenance functions. In addition, we respond to any special property maintenance requests or improvements needed. We have a list of vendors that are licensed, trustworthy, and cost efficient if the need should arise.
